Who we are

Oldham Engineering Group Training Association Ltd (trading as OTC).

OTC is a long established independent training provider formed in 1966 and holding charitable status. Now celebrating over 50 years of training, the company operates from Oldham in a training centre fully owned by the company and offers a range of apprenticeships primarily in the engineering and business services sectors.

The company has a subsidiary arm – OTC Consultancy Limited – which provides a range of accredited and non-accredited short training courses such as Health and Safety, Fork-Lift Truck and First Aid to name a few.

OTC is a member-owned organisation with over 50 member companies. It has been estimated that over 700 local and regional employers have used OTCs services to meet various training and business needs.
