Participants will use a variety of learning methods including case studies, role-plays and discussions. They will also cover the following topics.
- Listing the characteristics of high performing teams
- Guided on how to adapt their natural style to improve overall team performance
- How to identify the opportunities and challenges presented by different members of a team
- Understand how to bring out the best in their team.
Brief Course Outcomes:
Participants will be able to develop an action plan to put into practise in the workplace the ideas and skills learnt at the workshop. Also participants will be able to implement the course content into their own team and workplace.
