Engineering Fitter (Mechanical or Electrical)

You will receive on and off the job training and develop your skills and knowledge to be able to; produce or re-furbish components or assemblies in full or part using machines, equipment and/or systems in an engineering environment; interpret drawings/specifications/circuit diagrams and plan work, for example ensuring you have the right tools, equipment and resources to complete the task to the required specification. You will also work towards demonstrating a core set of behaviours including working safely, problem solving, teamwork, and communicating effectively.
