This vacancy is for a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.

Business administrator / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education

Hours of work:

Mon-Fri 9:00am-17:00pm

The Job Role will entail:

  • A friendly voice – First point of contact for customers on the telephone.
  • Sales – To quote, accept and process orders
  • Shipping – To fulfil orders using our shipping channels
  • Customer Care – To ensure our customers are fully informed throughout purchase
  • After-care – To follow up with customers to offer support where needed
  • Fulfilment – Liaising with warehouse team to ensure collection deadlines are met
  • Payments – Processing card payments
  • Daily communications – Monitoring incoming emails
  • Events – Help plan and execute LLK events
