This vacancy is for a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.
Business administrator / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education
Hours of work:
Mon-Fri 9:00am-17:00pm
The Job Role will entail:
- A friendly voice – First point of contact for customers on the telephone.
- Sales – To quote, accept and process orders
- Shipping – To fulfil orders using our shipping channels
- Customer Care – To ensure our customers are fully informed throughout purchase
- After-care – To follow up with customers to offer support where needed
- Fulfilment – Liaising with warehouse team to ensure collection deadlines are met
- Payments – Processing card payments
- Daily communications – Monitoring incoming emails
- Events – Help plan and execute LLK events
