This vacancy is for a Level 3 Metal Fabricator Apprenticeship.
Metal fabricator / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm
Friday 7:30am – 2pm
The Job Role will entail:
- Have sufficient training to be able to weld Polypropylene & Polyethylene to a high standard
- Ability to work with PVC, GRP, PTFE and PVDF
- Produce products such as Tanks, bunds, demister pad frames, knock-out pots, dosing rigs and emergency vehicle bodies
- Understands and can safely use hand and bench tools such as a pillar drill, jigsaw, drill & mitre saw
