We specialise in the fabrication and installation of stone worktops. Established in 2009 we have continually grown whilst never deviating from our overall mission of “going the extra mile” for our customers. All of our fabrication takes place at Oldham centre where materials are processed using state-of-the-are machinery and highly experienced stonemasons. The Fabrication team are based at our centre in Oldham. Jobs are assigned from here on a daily basis. This vacancy is for a Level 3 Engineering Technician – Machinist Apprenticeship.
Engineering technician / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4pm
The Job Role will entail:
- Operating CNC machinery, loading/unloading and processing stone worktops
- Training will also be given to learn the programming & cutting of stone on our brand new state-of-the-art CNC saw, and programming cut-out programs on our brand new CNC router machine
- The role is progressive which means that the successful candidate has the opportunity to learn all aspects of stonemasonry, including hand polishing.
- Continuous training will be provided and the successful candidate will work towards becoming a fully qualified stonemason
