This vacancy is for a Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician (MOET)
Hours of work:
Mon-Thur 8am – 4:00pm
Friday 8am – 3:30pm
The Job Role will entail:
- Learn service and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Basics of repairing welding torches and servicing of welding equipment.
- Identify breakdown signals by using diagnostic principles and problem solving techniques.
- Inspect & function test of Welding Set.
- Dismantle faulty machines and identify malfunctions.
- Identify spare parts to carry out repairs
- Assemble & test to validate performance.
- Document, process on check sheet and job cards.
- Learn and complete Calibration tests and Machine Compliance Testing.
- CP7 Gas inspections and Full Machine servicing.
- Other tasks – includes assisting other departments.
- Expected to travel to work onsite/offsite within customer premises.
